Exec Board over all responsibilities

Pray for members, leaders, and missions of CMS

 

Exec Board Positions

  • President:

 

organizes and facilitates meetings for board/members

serves as overseas mission trip coordinator

makes sure that objective set for the year are fufilled

throughout the year.

 

 

  • Secretary:

 

take meeting minutes for all meetings

send meeting minutes to all members

make all fliers/ signs

attend stac meeting

maintain cms email/facebook account

 

 

  • Stateside Coordinator:

 

main contact person for January trip stateside trip

makes contacts with missionaries we will be working with

organizes travel to stateside location

work with secretary/ other board members with information on

the January trip

 

 

  • Mini Mission Coordinator:

 

organizes and leads mission opportunities in the community/csp

leads at least one mini mission per semester

pray for members, leaders, and missions of CMS

 

  • Fundraising Coordinator:

 

Looks for and communicates to CMS unique fundraising activities for CMS’s main trips in January.

Contact person for outside agencies that would have opportunities for us to earn money

pray for members, leaders, and missions of CMS

 

  • Spiritual Advisor:

 

Prays for group, leads devotions at all meetings, creates and facilitates devotions during the January Mission trips.

 

  • Treasurer:

 

Keeps track of CMS’s budget

also keeps track of who has paid what towards the major trips. Works closely with Fundraising Coordinator to make sure that we are legal with all of our Fundraising.

 

 

Advisors

  • Phil Johnson: Phil is also a professor for OHSCO who has been advising DCO students for a nearly a millenia. Not so big on the bike thing (according to our sources).
